What data is used and why
This catalogue has no customer accounts, online checkout or payment form. If you email or call, Clara uses the contact details and information you choose to provide to answer your enquiry. Please do not send identity documents, payment details or sensitive information unless specifically needed and requested.
- Enquiries about a possible commission: to respond to steps you request before entering into a contract.
- General correspondence: the legitimate interest in answering messages and managing professional communications, balanced against your rights.
- Website operation and security: technical connection data may be processed to operate the hosting service and prevent misuse, on the basis of legitimate interests.
- Optional audience measurement: Google Analytics is loaded only if you accept measurement cookies. The basis is your consent, which can be withdrawn from “Cookie settings”. Measurement is not loaded on contact or legal pages.
Recipients and services
Data is not sold. Technical providers may process data as required to provide hosting, email or website maintenance. The current hosting is supplied through Acens; enquiries sent to the published Gmail address are processed through Google’s email service. Authorised technical support may access data only as necessary to perform its work. Public authorities may receive information where legally required.
If you consent to measurement, Google Analytics processes technical and usage information. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the transfer mechanisms and safeguards applicable to their services, such as an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. How long data is kept
Enquiry information is retained for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and subsequently for any applicable legal obligations or periods for handling claims. Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s operational retention periods. Cookie durations are described in the cookie policy.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact the controller using the email above. Proportionate identity verification may be requested when necessary. You can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Messages are provided voluntarily. Without the information needed to answer, Clara may be unable to handle the enquiry. No decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects are made solely by automated processing.
